ervant-Hood. Our worship community values the importance of a servant's heart as one of the most important character qualities of leadership. Our various team members will be characterized by helping connect people with God and each other. We will place others needs before our own.

uthenticity. Our worship community values the importance of spiritual authenticity for all participants involved in leading corporate worship. Sexual purity, integrity and sobriety as outlined in 1 Timothy 3 will be our standard of conduct.

hrist-Centered. Before talent, creativity, innovation or resources, our foundation for worship will be built on the sure foundation of our Lord Jesus Christ. As we honor the Father, exalt the Son and submit to the Holy Spirit our worship will result in changed lives. Our ministry is committed to glorifying God and pointing people to Christ.

elevant. Worship ministry values discernment in knowing the times that we live in and how to best minister to the relevant needs in our culture. We take responsibility to do this without compromising the integrity, scriptural basis, or leadership values of our church.

nfluential. We humbly desire to be used of God to help shape, contribute and influence Christ-centered worship in our generation, We will be generous with our resources, time and encouragement to help promote biblically authentic worship within the body of Christ. We also desire to influence those who do know our Savior with the life changing reality of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

lexible. Our worship community places tremendous value on an attitude of flexibility in all that we present or create in worship ministry. We will always have a plan or course of action that is moldable or disposable if the Spirit directs. We desire that our creative ideas, songs, projects, programs, and talents yield to the unchanging authority of scripture.

ntegrity. Our worship community will have integrity in our personal conduct as motivated by our love for Christ and His church...not a list of "do's" and "don'ts." We honor Him when our word is our bond, when we are financially responsible and our platform conduct (ministry) is consistent with our private lives.

ompassion. Kindness, patience, love, unity, acceptance, and JOY are values that we desire to flow from the lives of our worship community. We value team builders. We do not gossip. We are sensitive to the broken. We desire our words to heal and not to hurt.

xcellence. It is strategic that our last value is excellence. We will never start with gifting or talent as a foundation for building our worship community. Rather, we will strive for excellence while viewing it with a proper perspective. "Total package" is a phrase we use that describes a committed, passionate believer with exceptional talent.
